Here is the Kelowna Legion’s schedule for Nov. 11th, Remembrance Day. The service at the Cenotaph in City Park will start just prior to 11:00 AM. Be there before that, to get a seat if you need one. At 12:00 Noon we will be meeting at the Parkinson’s Rec Centre. We will be serving Chili until 3:00 PM. The Oldtime Fiddlers and Vic’s Band will be playing. The Kelowna Pipe Band will also be performing for us. Everyone welcome. There is no charge for the chili. At 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM we will serve up Perogies and Sausage. $8.00 a plate. At 4:00 PM our music will change over to Jeremy the DJ for his dance tunes. Needless to say, the bar will be open all afternoon until 7:30 PM. At 8:00 PM we shut it down.
